Call me crazy but I can "hear" or at least "hear myself saying" messages from my body, when I have exercised or when I eat the right food my body thanks me for doing the right thing. It likes to be looked after and treated right. You don't need to be Arnold Schwarzteneger, but taking care of your body is a good sign right? Your posture will improve and you body language will be 200% better AUTOMATICALLY. Women also love muscles, yeah it's thousands of years since that was the most attractive thing in a man, but there is still some 'hardwired' behaviour there. (Hint: Men still like breasts but now badies can be be feed from the bottle) Do it for yourself, feeling good about yourself is key to other people finding you attractive. If you think you are attractive, other people will. Zig Ziglar used to say "Good Morning" to people no matter what time of the day it was. Try it. You'll get "Good Morning" right back. Remember whatever message you send out, verbally or otherwise, is normally sent back. Trust me it feels good... no matter where you are... no matter how bad... you can do something to improve it. Take a post it note and place it on the mirror where you clean your teeth (you do clean your teeth right?) or place it on the dashboard of your car - somewhere you see it everyday. Now here is the secret, Do It You don't need to do all of these things at once to notice a difference, just a few will do... "An apple a day..." You've heard that one right? Say it outloud right now "An apple a day keeps the doctor away" The key is not just in the "an apple", but in the "a day". You need to take the action everyday. It takes about 21 days to form a habit so pick something and do it every day for 21 days.
