There are more and more speed dating events every week as this type of dating grows in popularity.

When selecting a company find one with the longest amount of time on a "date", if they don’t say email the company. The times range from 2 minutes to 4 minutes in my experience that is a hell of a difference.

Remember you are doing this to spend time in the company of women, so the more time you get the better.

Second research the ages that will be there. You should have a target age group (you did the goal setting right?) so get as close to that as possible. Most companies have nights that are specifically for age ranges so go where you can can and meeting the women you want.

Thirdly make sure it is FULL, most will have details of how many women have signed up. You want ones where there is the maximum amount of women. Trust me it’s not fun to be standing at the bar with another guy or two during the speed dates because there are fewer women.

Lastly I suggest you go to several events to get relaxed with the format and what to do while you are there.

So go to at least one event that is a fair distance from where you live. Women can go speed dating regularly at one place and it pays for you to NOT be seen twice. Also some of the things I am going to suggest may make the situation even more uncomfortable for you so it's best to try it out somewhere you probably won't come back
